Trouble With Internet Account Access

Question: I am having trouble getting to my account on the Internet.  What is the phone number I can call to get help from a real live person?

Answer: 1-888-867-5175.  Call during normal business hours - Help is not available on weekends

The first time you try to access this account, you will have to go through a process of picking a sign-on name and a password.   You will also need to know your Case Number.  The Case Number appears on the enrollment form and it also appears in the coversheet to your monthly performance report.   It would start with "079" and be eight characters in length (example: 07900001).  If neither of those is handy, call our office and we can quickly look up the case number for your plan.  Our number is 650-341-3322.

If you went through the process of setting up your profile originally and you were successful and have accessed your account at least once but now you cannot get on because you are specifying a wrong sign-on name or password, you need to call the 888 number above and have them reset your profile. Also, if you made three unsuccessful attempts to sign-in, you will need to have your account reset.

Then you will reestablish your profile and go through the process of picking a user name and password again.  The username and the password are Case Sensitive, so make sure you do not have your Caps Lock key on accidentally when enter your information.
