Participants and Plan Sponsors can reach their administrator using Email. Our naming convention is shown below. Be aware of the dot between the first name and last name. In an effort to prevent SPAMMER attempts to harvest valid email addresses, any incorrectly addressed email to plandesign.com will be dropped with no responce, please ensure you have the correct spelling on the person you are attempting to communicate with.

If you do not know your administrators name, then send your email to Judy Bono, Vice President of Administration and she will forward it to the correct administrator.

If you still recieve an automated message from our email server, and have any questions about it. Please call Plan Design Consultants or try to sending the email again including the phrase "grant me temp access" in the email body.
